British artist Sonny Sanjay Vadgama works with film, animation, print and holography. He studied at the Byam Shaw school of Art (London), The Royal Institute or Art (Stockholm) and Central St Martins (London).

Vadgama has exhibited internationally and worked with many institutions including The London Science Museum, The Wellcome Trust, Fitzwilliam Museum, Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain and Devi Art Foundation. He won the Exposure Award hosted by Parasol Unit and was nominated for the Catlin Art Prize and Apple Digital Innovation Award. He was awarded a fellowship and selected to be Artist in residence (2014–2015) at Girton College, University of Cambridge.

In 2016 he created and exhibited two films in Moscow during a residency in CCI FABRIKA. This project was supported by Arts Council England and featured in The Moscow International Biennale for Young Art Parallel Program.

In Mid November 2016, Vadgama will create a Pavilion as part of a public art project for Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
